These Terms govern all orders placed on our website.
By ordering, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Information

We aim for accurate product descriptions. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders require full payment before processing. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or review any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or unreasonable.

4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Handled strictly according to our Return Policy.
This includes the 14-day legal cancellation right for UK consumers.

6. Liability

We are responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or a person you designate, in line with UK consumer law. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs checks, carrier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

All website content is owned by or licensed to Roselyn Oxford.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

We aim to respond within 5 working days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. However, if you are a UK consumer, you will benefit from all mandatory protections provided under UK consumer law. Where Dutch law conflicts with those protections, UK consumer law will prevail for the affected provisions.
