2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner in China.

3. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as customs inspections, seasonal demand, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

4. Customs Duties

Customers may be responsible for import charges depending on destination.

5. Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to you only when you physically receive the item, in line with UK consumer law.

6. Address Accuracy

Address corrections must be made within 24 hours.

7. Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered or collected, it may be returned to sender and reshipping costs may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, carrier backlogs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
