Payment Policy

Payments are processed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Processing

All payments made on our website are processed exclusively through Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment service provider. Shopify Payments securely handles your card details on our behalf, and we do not store or have access to your full card information.

Your order is confirmed only after Shopify Payments has successfully authorised and completed the payment. If the payment fails, is declined, or cannot be verified, your order will not be processed. Shopify Payments may perform automated checks to prevent fraud, including card authentication and risk assessment.

Shopify Payments may use automated decision-making to prevent fraud. This is necessary to protect our business and customers and is standard for e-commerce payments.

3. Payment Security

We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.
We do not store full card details.

4. Taxes and Duties

Prices include applicable UK VAT.
International orders may incur customs duties or import charges.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Once a return has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, we aim to process the refund within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

6. Payment Issues

If a payment fails, is disputed, or triggers a fraud or risk alert within Shopify Payments, we may delay, review, or cancel the order. We are not required to fulfil any order that has not been fully authorised and verified by Shopify Payments.
